City of Gallatin announces boil water advisory

GALLATIN – Local residents have been advised to boil their tap water for a minimum of 2 minutes before using until further notice.

Sunday afternoon, city officials made the announcement that water pressure was failing due to a generator not working properly at a city well. 

City employees are working hard to fix the issue, and the boil water notice is until further notice, officials said.
