Tambra Michelle Henderson Tambra Michelle Henderson

Tambra Michelle Henderson was born April 28, 1978, and passed away on January 21, 2026. She leaves behind a lifetime of laughter, love, faith, and stories that will be told (and retold) for years to come.
The daughter of Ron and Terri Luce, Tambra was a proud mother to her son, Kaden Henderson, and his wife, Justine. She is survived by her grandparents, Jack and Ginny Scurlock, and Bob and Ruth Lampe; her brother, Chris Luce; her sister and brother-in-law, Mary and David Foreman; and her beloved nieces and nephews: Abbie and John Groze, Ivan Lea, Kaylee, and Savannah Foreman. Tambra was a joyful, great-aunt to Josie and Jackie Groze and was especially thrilled about her great-nephew's arrival in June 2026.
Faith in Christ was the cornerstone of Tambra’s life. She loved learning about the Lord, living out her belief with conviction and joy, and found deep community and belonging at Rusk Bible Church, which she proudly called her church home. Whether in worship, fellowship, or quiet moments in study and reflection, her relationship with Jesus brought her strength and peace.
Tambra had a genuine zest for life. She adored her animals. She enjoyed drawing and coloring, traveling to new places, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and a good mystery TV program.
Known for her funny, witty, mischievous, and fierce personality, Tambra was strong in her love, loyal to the core, and never afraid to be herself. Her laughter, faith, strength, and unmistakable spirit were gifts to everyone who knew her.
Though her time with us was far too short, Tambra’s faith, passion, laughter, and love will continue to shine brightly in all the lives she touched so deeply.
There will be a visitation at Autry Funeral Home in Jacksonville on Saturday, January 31, from 5:00–7:00 PM. And a memorial service on Sunday, February 1, at Rusk Bible Church at 2:00 PM.
