Neal Jackson

A funeral service for Neal Jackson, 43, of Jacksonville, is scheduled for 2 p.m., Friday, July 11, 2025, at Autry Funeral Home in Jacksonville with his 1st cousin, Bro. Charlie Smith officiating. Visitation will begin Thursday, July 10, 2025, and family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville.

Neal was born on November 18, 1981, to Kenneth Jackson and Vickie Ross, and went to be with the Lord on July 6, 2025.

Neal was an extraordinary father to his kids “Baby Girl” and “Bubba Kai” and was a natural with kids. Known for his relentless work ethic, Neal gave his all to every task he took on, never one to shy away from a challenge. He also knew how to celebrate life and never turned down a cold beer, especially at his favorite beach spot. Neal was loyal to a fault, and he offered support to his family and close friends. There are many who can say they are lucky enough to call him a friend. He will be missed deeply and remembered always.

Neal was preceded in death by his sister, Lanette Jackson, and grandparents, Joe Earl and Annette Jackson and Mae and Joe Casper.

Left to cherish Neal’s memory are his father, Kenneth Jackson; mother, Vickie Ross; fiancé, Natalie Williams; his children, Emilee Jackson, Kai Jackson; bonus children, Lane Jarman, Cashlyn Williams, and Kesley “Felicia” Williams; siblings, Tina Tull and fiancé, James Maxey; Stephanie Moody and husband, Chuck; nieces and nephews, Collin Tull, Bradn Tull, Alaina Maxey, Jordan Bollinger and husband, Drew; and grandmother, Joann Jackson.

Honorary pallbearers are Gary “Bo” Robertson, Justin “JJ” Morgan, Tommy McLaughlin, Adam Rocha, Charlie Smith, Ed Beltran, and all his friends and co-workers at Wisco-Moran.
