Texas State Railroad's steam locomotive #30 has a new look to celebrate the 250th birthday of America. Paying homage to Texas Engine #610 – which was one of the original super-powered steam engines chosen to pull the American Freedom Train (AFT) in 1976, only in Texas – Engine #30 will be pulling the Pineywoods Excursions throughout the summer proudly displaying the red, white and blue.
